In these terms and conditions we or us means CV. Pulau Banyak Maritim. You or client means the person who has accepted these terms and conditions. 3rd party or agent means any one used by CV. Pulau Banyak Maritim as a service provider. These terms and conditions and website may be revised, ammended or updated at any time without prior notice to the client. All revised conditions take effect from time of posting. A binding contract will only exist between you and CV. Pulau Banyak Maritim when we confirm your booking and deposit has been made.
CV.Pulau Banyak Maritim acts as a service provider and has no responsibility for any problems caused by any 3rd party or agents. All bookings are made subject to these terms and conditions imposed by CV. Pulau Banyak Maritim. You should not presume any legal relationship, joint venture, partnership or employment between us and any 3rd party agency that we use.
A $500usd deposit is required upon booking confirmation to secure any reservation
A 25$ processing fee is required for all wire transfers due to correspondent bank charges
All deposits are non-refundable
Any damaged or broken property to be paid by the guest responsible at the replacement price
All guests accounts (bar bills, tours etc) to be finalised and paid for on the night before departure from Banyak Surf Bungalows
USD, AUD, EURO or RUPIAH are accepted. Foreign currency exchange will be calculated at below market rates
A $25 processing fee is required for all wire transfers due to correspondent bank charges
Final payments due 2 months before booking date
All payments to be made to our company account as per details issued in $usd account
When payments appear receipts/ invoices will be issued via e-mail
Any discounts/ deals/ promotions offerred on packages do not apply for extra nights
All cancellations by you must be in writing to us.
In the event of cancellation within 2 months of booking, final payment is non-refundable but transferrable (at the discretion of CV. Pulau Banyak Maritim) to another date within 2 year of original booking.
The client agrees to pay for any fees incurred due to cancellations
CV. Pulau Banyak Maritim and any 3rd party will not be held responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by any unforeseen circumstances or bad weather
It is essential that all guests obtain adequate travel and medical insurance to cover cancellations, delays, loss of deposits, lost or stolen property, cancellation fees, medical expenses, illness or injury
CV. Palau Banyak Maritim does not provide any insurance of any kind, acordingly you must obtain your own insurance before travel to the Banyak Surf Bungalows
You agree that to the extent permitted by law that CV.Pulau Banyak Maritim and it's agents shall not be liable for whatsoever in relation to any personal injury, illness, death, damage or theft of personal property, expenses or inconveniance caused through delay, dissapointed expectations, accidents or any other losses (including consequential loss) suffered by you or your dependants or your travel companions arising out of or in connection with any act or omission (including negligence) on the part of CV.Pulau Banyak Maritim, it's directors, employees, servants, agents or any service obtained through CV. Pulau Bayak Maritim. You agree to accept at your cost all risks in connection with the service that CV. Pulau Banyak Maritim provide.
CV. Palau banyak Maritim, it's agents, employee's or affiliates will not be held responsible or liable for any changes having to be made to itineraries or bookings once they are completed and paid for. The client accepts that the changing of an itinerary may incur penalties or charges by other service providers and agrees that it is they who will be liable for such penalties or charges. CV.Pulau Banyak Maritim accepts no responsibility or liability for incorrect information supplied.
